“I love making my clients cry. Thankfully, they have always been happy tears, as I prefer to reserve the drama for interiors, not professional relationships. In the business of interior design, there is no greater satisfaction than the climactic moment when a designer welcomes clients back into their newly decorated home and watches them fall utterly in love with it” - Anthony Cochran

Anthony Cochran blends cultures, periods and styles to create interiors that are both sophisticated and inviting. Grand rooms feel approachable. Small rooms feel special. And while no two projects are alike, a common thread is clear: depth of character, a vision for easy living, and elegance—whether understated or eye-popping.

Anthony trained in the studios of noted designers John Saladino, Victoria Hagan and Stephen Mallory, and later became a senior style editor at Martha Stewart Living magazine during its most respected and influential period. Q Collection, the high-end home furnishings company he founded and lead as executive creative director, was celebrated for its tasteful, sustainable designs.

In his long career, Anthony’s own sense of style has both expanded and refined, giving him an uncommon range and the ability to strike many different notes from project to project. His distinctive, welcoming interiors create personal oases in estates, apartments, and bungalows across the continent—from Manhattan and the Hudson River Valley to Florida’s Gold Coast, from Montana to Los Angeles, and throughout Palm Springs and other desert cities of the Coachella Valley.
